Pedroia Called up to AAA

I know he'll be a September call up but if Bellhorn continues to suck could he be called up to start earlier?

As much as I don't like Bellhorn, there is no reason to think he will lose his job barring a complete implosion. Tito is a pretty loyal guy. He kept Millar in the linup last year when he could have easily plugged in Youk.

I watched Pedroia last year in Portland and caught a game on NESN the other day when he played for the PawSox. He looks comfortable in AAA. He is the real deal!

More important question, if he's called up, what is his fantasy value, in terms of league size, keeper status, etc.??

Assuming he comes up after the break, I'd say .285, 30 runs, 25 Rbi's, 5 HRs, 3 sb the rest of the way. Hypothetically, if Bellhorn is still with the team, then they would be in some sort of platoon, thus lowering his production and value.
