I just got forwarded this posting from a friend of mine. Someone in his league sent him the following post after after my friend rejected some crappy trade offer for his Tejada:
"I'm fed up with your reluctance to make trades. You obviously haven't read the rules because they say you must make trades to improve your club. If you continue not to trade, I can fix that problem real quick. This is a warning- you had better start trading, or i'll make trades with other owners that'll make your 2nd place team fall to last. My team is worlds ahead of yours and id advise you to take any player that i dump because my worst bench player is 10 times better than your best player. I'm gonna propose a trade now, and I think you'll happily accept. If not thats fine, i'll just talk with my friends, the Grass and the Red Sox and we'll put you in last place within a week!"

Here is what I dont understand. They say you have to make trades to improve your club, but thats just preposterous. If I dont think the trade will improve my club, why accept it? I have never seen a league that mandates trades, that makes no sense.
