biggio is swinging a very hot bat.

you dont need sizemore, pods and damon as 3 of 6 OF. i would see what type of players you can get. either 3b or OF. if going for 3b, i would package mora too. the sky is limit on bring in a bat because you have the X factor of having around 6 aces. this makes one expendable and that is the type of player needed to get a really top notch swinger

i would stick with sexson. he is putting up huge power numbers with a decent average of .275. konerko doesnt hit for that kind of average

reitsma has to be available and he has been lights out

street? farnsworth? macdougal? walker? weathers?

these guys are all currently picking up SVs and to some degree are flying under the radar

I would also take a chance on biggio over Castillo. Can you list the top 10 SP, RP (sort by saves over the past month), and maybe 15 bats.

Is Giambi still out there? I would imagine he might be considering this is only a six team league -- he has found his stroke, and can help you a lot from the 1B pos. because Matsui should be one of your OF, with Sexson as DH, and Giambi, or someone like him as your 1B.
Also, is Huston Street available as a pick up? He would be a great reliever to snag.
I would have taken the Piazza trade for Konerko personally.
Is Chris Shelton available at C in your league? If he is, grab him.

Thanks for the input. I can certainly use it. A six team league seems easy but, it's highly competitive.

Giambi is taken. Shelton and H. Street are still available.
I've droped Sizemore for Biggio. I'm thinking of just dumping Castillo.
Here are the top FA RP's available -sorted by saves over the past month.

C. Reitsma (Atl - RP) -
D. Báez (TB - RP) [
B. Fuentes (Col - RP)
M. MacDougal (KC - RP)
T. Walker (SF - RP)
Y. Brazobán (LAD - RP)
K. Farnsworth (Atl - RP)
H. Street (Oak - RP)
B. Looper (NYM - RP)
B. Bruney (Ari - RP)
M. Batista (Tor - SP,RP)
D. Weathers

Get Street asap. I would drop Sizemore for him. And what catchers are available on your waiver wire?

I would probably drop Castilla for Street and maybe pick up Benitez (if he is available to stash on your DL- he could be back in a few weeks), I might also drop Duchscherer for Reitsma.
