My team is really underachieving.. should I sit tight?

I have a few guys that are playing way below their draft position (Beltran, Chavez, Pierre, M. Giles, O. Cabrera, Hudson) should I sit tight and wait for these guys to come around, or should I try moving some of these guys based on past performance to get some guys that are producing right now?

I would probably sit tight and hope that some of the injured guys come back strong and some of the slower guys pick it up in the 2nd half.
