Roster Help. Need Advice...

In a Yahoo H2H 10 team League, it's a freinds league with money on the line. My hitting started off very slow and is now picking it up. My pitching is solid, though I could get rid of a couple players. I am currently in 5'th and moving up every week. Advice on what to do, who to drop, what position to work on would be great, and any players to trade for that would help me out. Thanks in advance...
