The Gloucester Fishermen need help

I'd love some comment on this team. I am thinking about accepting a deal to give Kent to get Podsednick and Garett Anderson. I would pick up Cantu or Castillo to play 2B.

I'd definately do that Podsednick deal, steals are tough to find in bunches like he gets. Also you have a lot of relievers, can you deal one of them?
