I posted about two weeks ago how the guy will turn it around. His flaw was in mechanics. He worked on it continuously and had confidence he'll turn it around. Ive seen him throw a few times each year and could tell he had something wrong early this year. I knew that he would work it out and be a good starter again in a couple weeks and the second half....i was laughed at....

I agree Lilly has/will improve. But if I had to choose between him and the other frustrating underperfoming, FA-fodder pitcher, Joel Pineiero, I'd probably go for Pineiero.

Pineiero on all 8 cylinders has more upside. And consider his last 3 starts:

i'm not sold on lilly yet...

he's put together two solid outings before this year, only to give up 4 earned in the next 3, all losses. who's to say he doesn't go back and get shelled again?
