Team in 18 Team League is falling in Ranks, Help!

I just heard the news about José Vidro, he will be returning soon

he is a free agent and I think he would be great for my team , who should I drop to add him? Capuano?

I was just asked by someone if there was a Max Innings pitched in my league and I checked, its 1300. They seem to think I have 1 too many SP. Plus I have Hudson on the DL

So I was thinking about doing a few things

1) Dropping either C. Capuano or Penny and adding Vidro

and

2) dropping Church, he isnt an everyday player, and adding Luis Matos

what are your thoughts on this? The way my pitching is set up does it look like ill go over my max innings limit?

Here is what my team looks like now. I am now in 2nd place, have been going up in the standings quickly now!!! I think I am going to keep Penny and Capuano on my bench unless they play a team like the Rockies.....my other pitchers should carry my team pretty well.

thanks for the reviews from all of yall, if you have any more advice, i would love to hear it....Ive tried moving Capuano for an offensive player but no one wants him....i might be trying to "sell" him wrong. Im not very familiar with him so i dont have much to say when the trade talks are going on.

Mi. Sweeney (KC - 1B) is a free agent and from what ive read he is coming back soon, should I pick him up? would be good to have until Thome gets in his groove.
