After his home run in the bottom of the sixth inning, Colorado´s Todd Helton is now the all-time franchise leader with 259 home runs as a Rockie, surpassing Larry Walker.
Pretty cool. Definitely nice to get a day like this from Helton. It's been a long time coming.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

hah! i was about to ask Yanks what bearing this recent power outburst had on helton's supplement status (does this mean he's "back on teh 'roids"? ). but i see he has already posted his ever-insightful thoughts on the matter.
so i'll just say "it's about time, todd; i'm glad i only own you in an H2H league that i'm in first place, 10 games up in. life without a first-round pick hasn't been fun, but it looks like my lineup will be okay come playoff time.
