Maybe it was his solo article on ESPN.com. He's hurt that all you guys think he's on roids. He's not!! Tonight proved and he's gonna start the W train with Huff, Schilling and Schmidt that takes my team straight to the top. Don't forget V Mart Toddie!

It's nice to see some hitting. It'd be nice if an occasional RBI or run socred or even a home run would happen.
Roger Angell: I was talking with Bob Gibson and I said: 'Are you always this competitive?' He said: 'Oh, I think so. I got a three-year old daughter, and I've played about 500 games of tic-tac-toe with her and she hasn't beat me yet.'

Still very worried about Helton. I might take this mini hot streak as an opportunity to sell. It may be his swan song before he tells the world what injury he's hiding. He's hitting for zero power in a terrible lineup. Even though it's coors, I think he's still a guy you want to unload.

it would, but i figure if he starts getting on base, starts getting hits... the runs and rbis will follow. but noone ever scored from the dugout (or got an rbi for striking out).
