I was like uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ok.
I am pretty sure Beltre has been a little less disappointing than Todd
:)

that's not true. Beltre went through WW in my league while Helton didn't because his owner(me) still believe in him.(law of average, anybody? :-o )

Scuse Me? Beltre has sucked just as badly as Helton. Given the fact that Helton has been a perenial All-Star and Beltre has had one good year, I think I can comprehend a Helton owner turning down that one.
I could be wrong in what I'm saying but I'll be dead before I realize it.

True, but it's certainly not an "insulting" offer since both are struggling and either of them could improve above the other.

What we really need is a guestimate on when Helton hits 50% owned. I am guessing you will start seeing some major cutting of bait in about 1 month.

Well, don't look now, but it seems he's finally hitting. At least these past few days.

Last 10 games or so...

12/39 (.308) 6R, 4 2B, 1 3B, 1 HR, 6 RBI, 9BB-6K

Getting a little better :-o
Fantasy sports are ruled by the 50-50-90 rule...

Anytime you have a 50/50 choice between two players, 90% of the time, you'll get it wrong

I'm predicting toddy boy to be sort of like an Eric Chavez: a late bloomer. He never really was a late bloomer, but he's starting to increase his average a little bit more every game. I feel your frustration, but if you be patient, I THINK it will be rewarding.
