Cures for boredom?

I have a pair of 15-lb. dumbbells that I just keep next to my desk. Whenever I'm bored, I'll do 3 or 4 sets of curls or something else. There are about 30 different exercises you can do with dumbbells, and it's good for you...and they're usually pretty cheap. It's a good way to waste 10 or 15 minutes.

Just a suggestion.

Anyway, those ought to keep you busy for awhile.

Then there's always patrolling around http://www.espn.com and other various sports sites to see what's happening in the world of sports.

You've got to pull the mouse back, and as you release, push it forward again. It's kind of tricky at first, but once you get it down, it's easy.
