I have a pair of 15-lb. dumbbells that I just keep next to my desk. Whenever I'm bored, I'll do 3 or 4 sets of curls or something else. There are about 30 different exercises you can do with dumbbells, and it's good for you...and they're usually pretty cheap. It's a good way to waste 10 or 15 minutes.
