Agree - as long as the original trade can't be argued to be a "rental" trade, do what helps your team, regardless of the players involved.

i traded Oswalt & Coco for Prior very early in the year.

Then traded Czam & patterson for Oswalt & Damon right after prior hit the DL.

i have 0 complaints.

Agreed. Some leagues have rules against trades like this (to prevent rentals), but if yours doesn't - and it's a regular, legitimate trade, not a rental - I see nothing wrong with this.
