I think that there has to be people in the FA that are better than some of your players...also Randa is not worth getting....he's nothing special.

Randa might not be much but is doing better than castilla right now and i cant loose any more points. i work so much lately that sometimes i cant even check to put people in never mind constintly searching for new and better people. i will keep looking and taking advice from you people some has been very helpful I appreciate it

What you need is a little more starting Pitching, some more good outfielders, and another all-star calliber 2nd baseman: I would drop Bonds first of all because he is probably not going to play the game again, and look for some more SP, and outfielders and even 1 more all-star calliber 2nd baseman for Counsell and one of your SP.

ive just made a trade i gave up Veritek and young for halladay and j . mauer what do you guys think of this i think its a gamble but could be a great move

The Varitek trade you made is pretty solid--Mauer isn't too much of a dropoff fom Varitek, in my opinion, and now you have two anchors for your staff. Also to help your pitching, if Kris Benson is still available on your waiver wire list, I'd pick him up. He'll do more to help your team than Lidle or Estes, in my opinion.

Unlike others, I would hold onto Bonds right now unless there's someone really appealing on the waiver wire. I'd give him until the end of July, then drop him if he still doesn't seem ready. On the other hand, J.D. Drew is almost definitely out until September; don't really see the need to hold onto him.

You might want to think about trading Hafner right now, since he's so hot. You should be able to package him with someone like Giles or Sizemore to get a real stud outfielder or 1B.
