Um how can he be on Roids when this is the year testing started?!?!? And this is the year he broke out??? Don't you think they'd have tested him for roids during his power stretch at begining of year. I guarantee you they did.

Considering testing is done randomly; no, I don't think they would have decided to test him simply due to his ridiculous April.

That said, I still don't think the guy is on 'roids.
