I think you're pretty set. Your offense has a nice blend of speed, power, and average. If anything on offense, you have an excess of speed in Castillo, Ichiro, and Beltran. It's not a bad thing though but if you wanted, you may be able to move one of the faster players for a more powerful hitter. I would only do that if you were consistently losing HR's and RBI's though.
As far as your pitching goes, I think you look pretty good. You have some good stikeout guys and plenty of wins in there. Your closers are solid and probably hold their own. I'm not as high as most on Pedro since he's so often hurt but if he does come back and stay healthy, I think you'll definately be a a contender.
