Looking for a dynasty league

I am looking for a deep H2H league(16+ teams) with a minor league system.Have to keep ENTIRE rosters year to year.
The league I was in has folded after my 2 years of dominance.
If there's not one out there, I may start one myself.

Ok....... I have gotten some interest from a few of you. I've decided to start a league.
We will try a twist for this season.
We will hold a draft BUT only guys who currently are, or have been in the minors this season(No rehabs) can be selected.
The major league draft will be September 1st.

So what happens next year? Does everyone go frantic over the free agents?

We will draft in July around the break.
On September 1st, we will hold a 2nd draft for major league players. The order of this draft will be determined by order of standings using the minor leaguers.

It would be benificial to draft ML's close to the bigs(Weeks,Encarnacion,Olson) to accumulate points.
