Ok so now that I lost Josh Beckett I have multiple options on my team.
I currently have Barry Zito and Glendon Rush sitting on my bench. This is an eight team head to head league. Neither one of them will make up for the loss of Beckett although I think both of them might be alright. What do you think? Who do I play?
Also I have Kerry Wood in the long term. Do I bank on him coming back better than when he was injured because of the improved success of the Cubs? Is he the best of these three or could he adequatley replace Beckett? What are your thoughts?
It's probably not bankable advice, but since it's a temporary fill, I went out and scooped up Ervin Santana. He's a completely unproven AA rookie, but he has been awesome his last two outings. Just if you're looking for something off the beaten path...
I'd take Harang over all of those guys. He's striking out 8.68 per 9 and only walking 2.79 which isn't too bad. He'll have better strikout numbers than anyone else mentioned (except Santana, maybe) and should have better ratios than anyone else mentioned. The Great American Ballpark is a neutral to slight pitcher's park as well.
