Most inconsistent player this season?

Postby DRB » Fri Jun 17, 2005 9:23 pm

After tonight I'd have to go with friggin Doug Davis. With Jose Mesa being a close 2nd. Lucky for me I own both of them.

Most inconsistent hitter right now for me would be Helton.

What are your votes for most inconsistent players this year? At the end we can tally them up and declare a winner! Pick one Pitcher and one Hitter.

Helton has been inconsistent? How so? He's just been plain out bad. I'd have to say Andruw Jones.

I vote for David Wells. Goes from not being able to get out of the 2nd inning to almost throwing a complete game.

Well he did start out ice cold, then get hot, then cold again, and now he is starting to hit again but most of them are just HR's.

Andruw Jones is a good candidate, but then again, he always is. One thing though, is that his season totals are almost always consistantly the same. Go figure.

Corey Patterson I think deserves a bid for most inconsistant bat this year.

Juan Pierre - one night he's 4 for 4 with 2 SBS, 3 runs, 3 RBIs, and the next he is 0 for 6. He has been on my bench for his big games and in my lineup for his big stinkers. :-P
