When both are on the friggin DL, Pedro and Schilling. Wonderful, just wonderful. Anyone else got this dilemma? It totally sucks

I have RJ as my only injured starter (which hurts enough) but I also have isringhausen which i knew would happen when I got him, but I cant imagine having my two studs injured (zito and RJ). that would suck...sorry guys :-/
