A little addition to that according to the sporting news, pay particular attention to the end of it about his return...

Atlanta will scour to find a replacement, already using Kyle Davies and Jorge Sosa to replace other fallen starters. Seth Greisinger is a candidate to comeback to the majors when he is eligible and replace Hudson eventually. There is no clear timetable for Hudson’s return.

I already have Bedard on my DL who nobody knows when he's gonna return, I guess that just fits in.

This is the same injury he has last year... same like Harden's this year.. so they're looking at 6 weeks time frame...

Yea, that makes sense that its the same injury, I just don't like that they don't have a time table set up of yet. They always at least throw a number of weeks out there at the start and then work from there depending how things go.

Harden was suppossed to be out 2-3 weeks. Pencil in 6 or more for Hudson. He is one of the few injured pitchers I actually don't have.

Where do you get your info from that Harden was out another 2-3 weeks?
he's supposed to be back next week...

Either way 6-8 Weeks is way to long to have to wait for Hudson, at least now there's some kind of excuse for the way he's been pitching. In my case with Bedard on the DL for that long already I've had to resort back to Bronson Arroyo for the 3rd time this season to fill in my rotation.

Future Hudson owners.....

Get used to this. Same injury he had last year and had troubles with it the previous two years before that. It's a very popular belief in the A's community that this is why Beane traded him. With the violent torque that he has in his delivery it's going to be a re-occuring problem every year.

I guess I should try to trade him then at some point like I did last year but then picked him right back up in the draft.
