looking for an owner

to take over a team in a baseball and football league. both leagues are keeper leagues based on a contract system. only ask a few things of each owner.

1. You have AOL IM and use it often
2. You are able to turn in a line up on a weekly basis with your best possible players out there (playing the same injuried guys for weeks is a big pet peeve)
3. You have to take both teams.
4. You like to trade and have fun.

There is no cost for these leagues. We are in the middle of the 6th season for baseball and will be starting the 6th season for football real soon. The baseball team is currently leading its division and has the 2nd best record in the league (16 teams). The football team, well lets just say the baseball team makes up for it.
