Makes the Beckett fake blister story more believable:
Jun 15 The Houston Chronicle's Brian McTaggart reports Houston Astros OF Lance Berkman worried fans when it was thought he had reinjured his knee. It turned out to be a false alarm, as Berkman forgot the out count. "That was me thinking there were three outs when there was really two," Berkman said. "So then I had to come up with something, and that's what it was. The old trick knee routine. Works every time."

He plays first base now. So after the second out all eyes were on him as he was the one catching the ball and then heading to the dugout.

LOL!! Thanks. A little surprised I didn't see that on Sportscenter.
I wonder if he realized how many of us FBB players he gave a scare to!

Why would Berkman getting hurt scare any FBB players? He's hitting .244 with 3 homers in 123 at-bats for a team that struggles to score 4 runs a game. If it was the Berkman from 2000-2004, then it would be a problem. The 2005 version of Berkman stinks.
Roger Angell: I was talking with Bob Gibson and I said: 'Are you always this competitive?' He said: 'Oh, I think so. I got a three-year old daughter, and I've played about 500 games of tic-tac-toe with her and she hasn't beat me yet.'
