Boggs downs 64 beers?

Why would you been more drunken in a pressurized cabin than on the ground?

Yes, that is a common myth. There is no difference in a pressurized cabin.

Is 64 beers in 5 hours possible? Yes (especially if keeping them all down isn't a requirement), but he'd have to bring them aboard as there's no way you would or could get served that many. Hand-carrying 3 cases of beer on a commercial flight would exceed the standard carry-on size requirements... I call BS ;)

Boggs would be the size of a house if he drank that many beers. How could you possibly take in that much in that short of time and not either puke it all up or pass out well before the 64th can.

12 cans of beer and hour...one every 5 minutes...no freaking way. I do not think I could drink that much water in that short a period of time.

Can you imagine him sluggin those things back every five minutes?? Man, that's a funny mental image. Like a man on a mission.

David Boon, an Australian cricketer once downed 52 on a flight from Sydney to London (about 16 hours). He was knicknamed the "keg on legs" That's 52 Aussie beers which is equivalent to about 200 American beers ;-)

64 in 5 hours is impossible.

It's just not possible. Every five minutes? That's insane, plus there'd have to be a lot of bathroom breaks, making it the beer per time ratio even tougher.

I would think he would get alcohol poisoning long before he ever got close to 64.

I was under the impression that he did it on a team flight, so all restrictions wouldn't apply. Is that incorrect?

I'd think that they could do whatever they want on their flight. But the question of whether he actually did it, I really don't think so.
