Am from Chi-town. Saw his last 2 starts. I think he 'gets it' now. Nothing was above the knees. Batters were pounding the ball into the ground.
Consider it.
Heard it here 1st.

Here's why for me...

He just got done having two strong outings, and he pitches twice next week (providing Wood doesn't come back or there's some other wacky change in the rotation). That's enough for me to drink the Kool-Aid for my weekly points league. ;-D

OK, so it's at MIL and at CHW (:-o)...not great, but I'll probably still do it. :-)

Another thing. The new Baseball Weekly is out today. It shows his groundouts/flyout ratio at 3.69...B4 yesterdays game where he had, I believe, only 3 fly-outs in 9 inn. pitched. Thats over 3-1/2 grounders to fly outs in little Wrigley.

He needs to get traded to the Rockies...they seriously need a guy with that kind of ground ball mojo! ;-D

I was at the game yesterday, and he was very impressive. That wind was howling out, and he didn't allow anything in the air. He beat Halladay in his last start, as well. I hope he has figured it out, that would be great for the Cubs. They've finally got their bullpen somewhat worked out, so it would be nice to keep Dempster there all year.

Sergio Mitre is gonna be a good one. He is a Sinkerball pitcher which will be good for him at Wrigley I think with those winds that can cary a fly ball out. I don't think he will be a big strikout guy but I beleive he will be successful.
