Beware of the new ticket scam.

Since the tickets aren't being torn this year some people are trying to resell used tickets.

The whole system doesn't make any sense to me. :-? If this really is the case:
He acknowledged it would be possible to replace ticket takers with automated scanners.

"We don't have any interest in that," Lamping said. "We like the personal touch."

Why not just have the ticket takers tear the tickets like they always have. It just seems like it's a waste of money on so many levels to me. :-?

that is exactly what i would want to know if i was going to a cards game as well.... :-?

having a barcode

a) is faster
b) allows people to purchase tickets online and print at home
c) deters people from printing counterfit tickets
