probably closer to the 6 rather than 8... meanwhile pudge plays with a broken bone in his hand now...

hardly a fair comparison... they're almost definitely different bones. If you can't grip a bat, you can't grip a bat.

Last week Gammons reported that he would be out a total of 10-12 weeks -- 3-4 week longer than originally expected. We'll see.

My team's quickly turning into a Mash unit. I expected to have Bonds on the DL for most of the season, but simultaneously having five guys on the DL is causing problems. I could really use Javy coming back, Hampton would be useful too.
