I concur, I sprained my ankle my JR. year of HS and it took me a good month to be in decent enough shape to run on it. It still messes with me at times. It's weird when it gets cold, it will always ache and this happened like 5-6 years ago. Also, when I move my ankle around and make my foot go in a circle motion, it cracks.
