What are songs that put you in a good mood. Songs that must be played now that it's summer.

Anything from the first few Dave Matthews CDs.

Sublime --> 40 Oz. to Freedom

Grateful Dead (anything, pretty much)

Miles Davis --> Kind of Blue (not sure why but it seems to fit)

The Roots --> "Lazy Afternoon" (from Do You Want More

When I was a kid, it was always Alice Cooper's School's Out.

That graduated to Violent Femmes Blister In The Sun.

Now, it's probably a three-way tie between Brian Jonestown Massacre's Let's Pretend It's Summer, Eddie Cochran's Summertime Blues, or Weezer's Island In The Sun.

See, I would've said something hot 'n steamy like Bitches Brew.

Still, good call on Miles.

Have you ever watched Dig!? It's a documentary on BJM and the Dandy Warhols. Really Fu@&ing good. Shows you the untapped potential of BJM.

Yeah, Phatferd, I have. It's a shame Anton's ego and drug addictions have to derail him. He's a sharp songwriter with loads of talent.
