Randy Wolf Surgery?

CBS just posted that Wolf felt a twinge in his elbow and needs an MRI. Wolf was talking like it might be a big deal. Does anyone know more on this?

I'm IN Philly and have heard nothing from his Doc appointment this afternoon....

From the Phillies official site, they placed him on the DL without even seeing the MRI results. This doesn't sound good.....

Even though the Phillies hadn't seen the results of Monday's MRI yet, they placed Randy Wolf (P) Phi on the 15-day disabled list with left elbow discomfort, according to MLB.com. Wolf pitched six innings on Saturday despite feeling discomfort in his elbow early in the game and in the days leading up to the start. He didn't tell manager Charlie Manuel or pitching coach Rich Dubee before Saturday because he wanted to see how his elbow would respond during the game.

ESPN reports that the lefty may need Tommy John according to the team's physician, but Wolf wants a 2nd opinon of Dr. James Andrews and Dr. Lews Yocum.
