I have the opportunity to pick this dude up, (I had him for a few days a few weeks ago), to replace A. Laroche. I am in desperate need of power in a 16 team roto. The problem, I had with him is that he got a lot of days off and didnt seem to play regularly. Now that he is hot, does anyone think he will be starting regularly?

I saw a crazy stat somewhere (rotoworld i think?) on his #'s when he hits 2nd in the lineup he is insane!!!! Any other spot, he is just so so. Im a big member of his fan club as well. I dont expect him to keep THIS up, but i just hope he doesnt repeat last years major fade

There's a reason the Cubs saw him as the heir apparent to Grace... the guy has a ton of potential that he hasn't even come close to living up to yet. If he can shore up some of the holes in his swing and get a little more patient at the plate, he could be a stud. But he definitely needs to improve that 13 to 39 BB to K's. Yikes. 8-o

I originally drafted this cat, but cut him loose. Even now, my lineup is too stacked to have a place for him.

um...7 home runs in 4 days. FREAKSHOW. what's up with this guy? can't buy a hit for a couple months and then suddenly, air turns thick and slow, and he's seeing balls like a novice farmer trying to milk a bull. sheesh.

has anyone seen any of his recent at-bats? any rhyme or reason for this boggling turn-around? 8-o

Yeah, I picked him up yesterday and plugged him in at Util, deciding that I'd bench him as soon as he has a game where he doesn't homer.

He's earned himself a second day. ;-D
