Wow waivers? Woods? Crappy league you have
Some guy in our league used his 1st overall waiver priority to pick him up...
Personally i think he's a gamble. I wouldn't look too much into a guy that's never gotten over 15 wins in his career.

It's an 8 team league. There's all sorts of stuff on there. I've had 35 moves already.
