I have the 6th and 7th picks in my minor league draft and so far these guys have been taken:

1. Felix Hernandez
2. Delmon Young
3. Prince Fielder
4. Justin Upton

What I need is what your top 3 prospects would be (in case one is taken by the team with the 5th pick). B.J. Upton and Rickie Weeks are not available either. Please help.

1. Andy Marte
2. Joel Guzman
3. Ian Stewart

I feel SP's are a big risk and OF'ers are a dime a dozen. Marte and Guzman are playing well, and Stewart is said to be Helton-like across the diamond at 3B. As a Denver resident I can tell you that the Rockies LOVE Stewart, and even though he's off to a slow start, he's a prize possession in the organization.

But Ian Stewart is only hiting .234, 4 HR, 22 RBI, 25 R, 1 SB at Class A Modesto. Has he been injured or is he just struggling?

He was injured to start the season. However, I have seen too many rave reviews of this guy to be too concerned with what could be a stud 3B playing half his games at Coors. As such, I agree with Stello's picks.

Ian Stewart is the safe bet here although he's doing bad right now in the minors...

I'd look at Jeremy Hermedia , of Florida--he'll get called up later this year and start next season in Florida.

Or

Billy Butler, IF, KC Royals-very young but is killing the ball.

Well the guy before me took Stewart, so I ended up taking Joel Guzman and Andy Marte. I will be needing more help later when I get to my 2nd round pick, and my 2 3rd round picks, and my 2 4th round picks.
