Sorry, but I see virtually no reason to pick up Foppert. He's not yet shown he's all the way back post-TJS, his control has been lousy at AAA, he's on a team with a horrid bullpen that compromises his win opps even when he does pitch well....you might want to keep Foppert on your watch list in hopes he shows something, but he's not a good addition right now.
I have had Foppert on three squads since spring ... so this is great news as far as I am concerned.
I would also recommend picking him up if you need pitching and K's, simply because of his upside, and the simple fact that he wont stay on your watch list for very long.
Someone else will pick him soon, you can count on it.
