Good riddance. I've been burned by Kearns the last two years. Glad I have Wily Mo on my roster!

I don't see how it's a bad move.

Player A: hasn't hit all year, even when his competition was injured

Player B: has risen to the occasion every time they have played him this year, even right after coming back from the DL

The Reds don't want to split their time and see kearns take away time from Pena, so what do you do? You send the only guy that can be sent down in Kearns, in effort to hope he starts hitting. His value is rock bottom now anyways, the only thing he can do is improve it.

For the past 3 years Kearns has shown he can't hit major league pitching, its about time they sent him down. Yeah its probably because of his injuries but at some point you need to cut your losses and he needs to get full time AB's.

I think the Reds are quickly becoming an absolute joke of an organaization ..
I won't get into the firing of the Father/Son combo two summers ago
or the constant "freak" injuries that plaugue the team, But releasing Graves, when ever single player outside of the organization knew what was wrong with him, and now this. ..

I used to cosider myself a closet Reds fan, but its getting harder and harder to follow.

I say let Shotzie run the team, he couldn't be much worse. :-t :-t
