Brad Lidge in games where Clemens does not make appearance
Record: 1-0
SV/SVOpp: 12/12
IP: 21.1
WHIP: 1.172
ERA: 1.266

The bad (or not so bad, depending on expectations):
Brad Lidge on the year
Record: 2-2
SV/SVOpp: 16/19
IP: 29.0
WHIP: 1.345
ERA: 3.103

The ugly:
Brad Lidge, in games where Clemens pitches
Record: 1-2
SV/SVOpp: 4/7
IP: 7.2
WHIP: 1.826
ERA: 8.217

I was going to write a little something explaining the stats, but it really doesnt need an explanation.

So here's the question,
what do you think is wrong with Lidge when Clemens pitches, and will it change?

Clemens should have 11-13 wins.

Considering he has only started 13 games (counting today), probably not. But 10 is reasonable (3 starts with no-decisions with 7.0IP and 0ER, the 3 blown saves by Lidge, and Roger's 4 wins).

I'm looking at his game log and the only bad game he pitched, he won. The other 12 are all winnable games by anyone's count.

They are no doubt winnable, but every pitcher faces bad luck every once in a while.

I have both Clemens and Burnett -- the bad luck Batman and Robin. As a result I am first in all pitching categories in my league except wins. I am in last. Never seen anything like it. :~(

that's really weird. Have Lidge and he'd be even more phenomenal if he did better when Clemens.

Hmm, what did Clemens say or do to Lidge? :-D

Seeing how Clemens has been amazing this year Lidge could have added some more Sv. It'd help if the setup/rp were better too.

why is Brad's girlfriend name mentioned? Am i missing something? Is she like Anna Benson or what?

anyways Lidge has been great and let's hope he gets even better.
