It was vs. The Rays...who cant hit on the Road, .702 OPS on the Road, #21 in the league. Either way, 7 ip 1 er 1bb 10 Ks vs anyone cant be a bad thing.
The Rays are beyond pathetic on the road and have never faced Perez, big disadvantage. Like I said it's good to see if you have Ollie, my post was simply saying it isn't that great IMO.
Since they play in a neutral home park, I don't see how focusing only on the road stats is a better measure of their offense. It merely cuts your sample in half. Unless you are then going to adjust the home and road stats for quality of opposition, team performance in those 30 games is not a better measure of overal ability than their performance in their total games.
