This team is pretty decent for an 8 team league. Wondering if I should upgrade somewhere...or just leave it as it is? Right starters for now?

You have a really good squad with good Starting pitchers. I would suggest you put Glaus into your Util position, he has been playing great this past month. Otherwise I am sure you can trade him for a better closer or a Jeff Kent at 2B, but if no one will trade, it's not too important.
