I need to know if Foppert is going to start this year? Thanks for the knowledge.

You need to know eh? Well I'm not the Giants GM so I'd have a hard time giving you a precise answer ... and I doubt even he knows right now. The Jerome trade obviously helps his situation to get called up this year. Also it helps that Cain isn't ready and they don't want to start his clock early. That leaves Foppert to get the call whenever he can get his control down and start pitching more effectively.

If I have to guess I'd say chances are likely he gets called up in the 2nd half some time as long as he stays healthy.

Personally, in a keeper league, I take Marte.

That said, if the Giants remain out of the race, and if they dump Tomko (some rumor I read somewhere), then there is a spot for Foppert, presuming his blister problems are fine.

So, I agree with hybrid that I think Foppert will make it to SF sometime in the 2nd half, especially if SF continues to struggle.
