He would probably rank in the top 15-20 of outfielders, so I'd look for a top 15-20 pitcher in return. Possibly someone like Odalis Perez, Randy Wolf, Wade Miller, Bartolo Colon or Jarrod Washburn.
However, you'll have to wait to see how serious his injury is before trading him.

Unless of course, the other owner knows about the injury and is taking that risk into account when he trades. I agree that it would be unethical otherwise though.
