If the Phils fall out of contention, Urbina or Wagner could be traded. Either way, Urbina would become a closer. To be honest, it's plausible to see Urbina being traded even if the Phils stay in contention, since they have a pretty solid bullpen and other needs to fill. But a guy who's a closer now (like Fuentes or Reitsma) obviously has more value than a guy with the potential to close. Still, depending on the size of the league, I would think Urbina is worth holding on to.

You can rest assured the Phils have next to no chance of falling out of contention this season in that division.

It's going to go right down to the wire with every team still a genuine chance to win the division even after the All Star break.

If you had Ugie to help in ratios and get the occasional save, then keep him. If you had Ugie because you thought Percy would go down soon and you'd have a cheap, top-flight closer, then dump him.
I'm back. Sorta.

Do not boo Johnny.

Urbina related questions-

The Gagne owner in my league just dumped Wickman for Urbina. What can he be thinking?? We don't count holds. This leaves him with one active closer- Jones. :-?

I think he was just ticked I snagged Brazoban before he could- he made a lot of changes to his team this morning. :-D

When a player is traded is it common for his stats to be wiped clean? I find it strange Urbina is listed as having only 1 save. :-?
