Where should I improve? I think I need to trade Pudge, but for who. Do I pair him up with somebody?

I would probably start Sweeny over Dimitri Young. I would look for either a multi-postional player or another outfielder. I think looking for a true ace would be good too. Pudge is playing well right now, and had a great June last year. So, you might be able to get something for him. Rather you need to couple him, I'm not sure. All depends on who you are trading with and what they need.

try and sell high on kent or one of your starters, otherwise I fret it will be a long season. your outfield is pretty weak.
