I think I propose the trade couple of days ago when Oswalt was still eligiable at DL slot, so I didn't receive any prompt from yahoo to make roster move at that time, but now that Oswalt is no longer eligiable at DL, and the trade has already been accepted, will yahoo declare it "illegal" and not allow the trade to go thru when the time comes?

Yahoo won't declare the trade illegal, you'll just have to activate Oswalt.

I decided to drop Burrell and activate Oswalt to be on the safe side, i'll pick him up if he clears waivers, otherwise I'll settle for marcus gile/Mora/Milton
