The problem is, of course, that many people that claim they will help in return is that they simply don't. I used to answer almost every question in the rate my team forum until I realized that my queries got 1-2 responses. It was frustrating. So now I don't help nobody with nothing.

I think you are the slefish one........just put your link to analyze your team and you'll get more responses if you help them.
