it's a 10 team weekly H2H Yahoo league. I feel pretty comfortable with the team right now, i'm in 3rd place. but i know there is some holes i need filled, but i'm not sure the moves i need to make to do that. i just traded halladay to get manny straight up, i figured manny might be good trade bait. cafe help is needed. thanks

I think the best thing you can do for your team now, is KEEP MANNY!!! The guy is a hitting machine and hasn't gone on one of his torrid hitting streaks yet. Keep him and you'll reap the benefits. I think once Morneau comes back you are all set at 1b.

I would shop Jones, Giles, or Sosa for a decent starter or a stud 2b. Who knows, maybe you could offer jones, sosa and Freel for Soriano. Sounds like a lot to give up, but I'd do it. I'd also shop the waiver wire for some saves. In a 10 team league there might be some there.

Just some thoughts. You have a lot of depth there in the OF, keep manny and use them to get a stud in return.

By the way, I think you should keep Manny. And don't think of trading Ichiro either.

I agree. You're going to use a top 10 for trade bait for what? Another top 10 hitter? There isn't much to be gained there. I also like the idea of getting rid of your good outfielders for another excellent one. Getting rid of jones or sosa or wells or any of those guys could land you a big fish.
