I think I would move Mags instead of Hidalgo. Hidalgo should be played only when he is hot. He is very streaky. Playing hot, sit him cold. I say grab another RP. Chad Cordero is a nice young pitcher, or Houston Street. Street would be my choice of the two. Better Ks. With the RPs, you usually get some good k ratios, low ERA, and low WHIPs.
