I don't know if this is nationwide, but at my local Subway there was a couple signs explaining that the Sub Club was getting phased out due to "increasing fraud."
I'm sorry to see it go, but honestly I've heard of fraud with this as far back as high school. How many people knew someone that knew someone that gave out free stamps? In the Seattle area I know they actually keep track of your purchases with a card that they swipe electronically. I figured that would be a great solution to fraud, but I haven't seen it in my area.
On a side note, with Subway's new (?) staging cabinets I haven't got good bread in over a year. They stick them in there with no ventilation - you can see the steam and condensation dripping down the glass. With all that steam trapped it makes the bread chewy and it totally sucks.
So is this happening everywhere? Any Subway employees here?

You know, at first, I thought you were talking about my Sub Club that I order. You know? The one with three meats: ham, turkey, and roast beef? That's the only thing I order, and I was going to be pissed if they dropped it.

Yeah, I get that too on Parmesan Oregano bread. Too bad it's always chewy.
Seems like on the menu they tried to rename the Subway Club - maybe it's due to confusion with the Sub Club. Now it's called the Turkey, Ham, and Roast Beef or something like that. I think I liked Subway Club better

Ah well, I'll still eat there. There's a Subway around the corner from me and the food is great there. No problems at all with the bread either.

Subway sucks!! There bread is stale In Canada we have Mr. Sub which is much better. When I'm in the US I usually eat at Blimpie sub which is also better
They decided to cancel the promotion because a group of teenagers stole a role of stamps and tried to sell it on Ebay. Subway decided that the stamp promotion was too easy to con. Every store will be done with them by the end of summer.
They say that in September they're coming out with something similar that is harder to fake, though.
