nah, i wasn't saying everyone in the thread was funny, just that this thread is proof that funny people existed at some point in the cafe's history.

There are funny people here to this day. It's just that your funny isn't my funny isn't their funny. It doesn't make your funny or my funny or their funny better, just different.

You're all right in my book, GF, even if we don't have the same interests and whatnot. I disagree with Art like all the time, but I'd love to meet and have a beer with that guy. Mookie and me have had our differences, but I'd love to meet him - I'm sure he's cool.

Different is good. It may not make conversation harmonious all the time, but it's still good. Same is kind of... boring. Don't you think?
