your team is actually pretty solid, but other than A-Rod you don't have that big name player, maybe you could try to trade like a Garrett Anderson and a pitcher the calibur of Hudson, Livan or Myers for another big name player in the outfielder preferably

You could get rid of Jeter. I find people overvalue him a lot, and you can get a lot in return for him. Also think you could upgrade in the outfield. Your team seems pretty good overall thought, those are just minor suggestions.

I would look for OF depth...you have the SP to get someone huge (Vlad, Manny). Team looks pretty good, though.
