Buy or Sell (20tm keeper)

We're a little over 1/3 through and sitting in 8th place. My team is the running three time winner in the league, but my pitching staff went to ruin this year and I had to retool. Here is the Current Roster

I thought my team was left for dead a mont hago when I sat in 16th place wondering what the hell had happened. I traded away lidle, sabathia, g. anderson, griffey, and ibanez to stock up on young pitchers, and grabbed mcpherson thinking of next year. To my suprise these pitchers have been a big reason why i'm still floating. Right now i'm trying to move hammond and delluci for anything I can get, preferably another OF bat. This league is 14x14 with put outs and assists, so delluci kills me as a dh. Anyone think this roster could be viable THIS year, or should I keep moving some players (zaun, helton, rolen, looper) when the opportunities present themslves. thanks

I'd definately move rolen. I think you have a lot of neglible players on your benches, and i'm not sure who else is avail in your league at the moment, but the older dudes I'd def move once they start heating up. Right now you won't get anything for Helton or Rolen. You're gonna have to keep waiting unless you are willing to part with some one else.

not sure who you consider negligable, but in a 20 team keeper there are very few players on the fa list worth looking at.

ok then, I'd move Rolen after he gets back and heats up a bit.
